It is safe, it won’t harm you if you swallow it. I tastes bad, so you won’t want to swallow it. The only thing I know it will do is make you teeth sensitive. Especially if you teeth are sensitive to cold before you start bleaching. What you should do is get a fluoride gel from your dentist. The best is Gel Kam. And place the fluoride in the tray once a day, after you bleach. Leave it in for five minutes, and then remove the tray and spit out the fluoride. But don’t rinse. This will really help with sensitivity.
Also be aware that while you are bleaching, and for some time after, your teeth will pick up stains very easily. So avoid coffee, tea, cola, or other dark staining foods. That way your teeth will stay white. Also, never whiten your teeth lighter than the whites of your eyes. You will look like a freak if you do that.
It is a shit. Do not use that.
You had better turn to your doctor about that teeth
Hi,

Why not try something less damaging.
I have just read a great way to get your teeth whiter in 5 seconds.
http://www.HotNewMakeUp.com/more/5-seconds-teeth-whitening
It has something to do with a blue-based lipstick.
They give a bunch of examples which lipsticks are blue-based worth checking out.
And if you are watching out for your wallet like I am, I get my beauty coupons from http://www.OneCoupon.ca .
It has all the coupons in one place and they get sent to you in 1-2 days.
I hope these few tips help you!
