When I was younger, say about when I was 12. I’m 16 now. I just didn’t like brushing my teeth. I know I’m stupid for doing so. But I just didn’t like the taste of toothpaste at the time. But about 5 years ago I’ve started to brush my teeth like twice maybe 3 times a day. Still nothing happens. And I’m using a toothpaste that says advanced whitening and its a good UK (United Kingdom) make too. Its Arm & Hammer. Should I go to the Dentist? What should I tell him? That I just brushed once a day and its come to this? What options would there be to get them whitened at the dentist? I have even tried Colgate whitening and even mouthwash! Do strawberries make your teeth whiter because I haven’t tried that yet? I use a normal toothbrush. Should I use just the electric one? Would it be the coke thats causing my teeth to stay yellow?

I have this little spot on my tooth that is yellowish. I asked my dentist and she said it was a spot where some enamel has worn away. It’s not a surprise. I eat lots of acidic foods and drink tons of tea. I’m looking for a home remedy to whiten my teeth because I can’t get my teeth bleached that’s way to expensive.

Anyway i can whiten my teeth? I have very yellow teeth, but they’re healthy. I brush my teeth three times a day, morning, afternoon, and before i sleep. I brush really hard, try baking soda, and nothings working. My parents wont let me get them bleached, or go to a dentist or let me get whitning trays. I even use the Flouride stuff to avoid cavities, etc. It’s a genetic thing, since my mom’s side of the family has healthy, but yellow teeth. My mom has yellow teeth, my grandma, my great grandma had yellow teeth. All naturally yellow. I dont drink coffee, and i sure don’t smoke. What can i do!?
And i don’t drink coke, coca cola, etc. It just tastes bad to me, so i dont drink that.
