I brush my teeth everyday and they just aren’t white as I want them to be. I was searching on Google and looked up how to whiten my teeth and it said use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide but I don’t have any of those and I don’t have the time to buy them. Is there any other way to whiten my teeth??? I want it whiten before school starts (We had a Christmas break)!!!

I was looking up home teeth whitening remedies and among the bakingsoda+peroxide+salt advice I saw someone say leaving regular toothpaste on your teeth for a good half hour each day or so works really well. I’m not sure if he was serious but it sounds ok, however could this be damaging to teeth with all the chemicals in toothpaste? Or can this be done just not on a daily basis? Do you think it would work better/same/worse than the baking soda techniques?
I don’t care what my gut says in this situation, rather what medicine says.

What is a good at home teeth whitener?

I’ve heard of baking soda and then something with hydrogen peroxide?… not sure how to use that one. Just wondering if there were any other cheap at home whitening agents. Thanks for your time.
