Crest whitening strips works very well and you will be happy to see the results
emm.. ive heard of toothpaste + baking soda but im not sure if that works. go for a high concentrate of peroxide gel most stuff in stores has a very low one
you can refer to this article (http://www.tipking.co.uk/tip/1128.html) about mixing hydrogen peroxide (3%) with baking soda and water. there seem to be many good comments about this solution. it is up to you if you want to try it out.
