~~~I am whiteing my teeth right now, just bought the Rembrant brand where you wear the mouth piece with the gel,,,,has anyone had good luck with this, and if so how often did you use it per day, it says twice a day or more.

so i’ve heard if you mix half of water and hydrogen peroxide it whitens your teeth. Im wondering do you brush your teeth first then use the water and hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash, or is it the other way?

I’ve had braces for about 3 months, and my teeth are kind of yellowing. How can I whiten them with natural ingredients. Ingredients can include toothpaste and anything found in a household, in a pantry, kitchen, etc, except whitening gel that are used in crest strips. Thanx!
